Can’t Log Into Hornet on PlayStation for 5 Days

For the past 5 days, I haven’t been able to log into the Hornet app through the PlayStation Store. The app does not appear properly, and whenever I try to sign in, I receive a “spam” warning. Previously, I made changes such as resetting my password and logging in from a different device, but the issue still continues. I have not contacted customer support yet.

I am requesting that my account be reactivated and that the spam block be removed so I can access my Hornet account again.
