Hornet App “Device Suspended” Error Recovery Request

I downloaded the Hornet app from the Google Play Store about a month ago and had been using it on my Realme C55 device. Even though I did not violate any rules, I recently started receiving a “This device has been suspended” warning when trying to log into the app. I never received any message or explanation regarding a rule violation on my account, so I was surprised to encounter this issue for the first time.

I deleted and reinstalled the app, and even tried logging in with a different account, but I still get the same warning. I request that both my account and device be reactivated.
