Free Fire MAX “Failed to Retrieve Version Config 2” Error – Fix Request

Every time I launch the game, an “ERROR” screen appears with the message “Failed to retrieve version config: 2” and the game does not open at all. Until last night the game was working normally, and this issue suddenly started today. Because of this error I am completely unable to access the game and my account. I request that you urgently fix this problem so that I can log in and play again without interruption, and I also expect appropriate compensation such as in‑game items or rewards for the time I could not access the game due to this error.
