Free Fire ID Permanently Banned for Game Code Modification

My Garena Free Fire account on the Western Africa server has been unfairly banned and I would like it to be reviewed and unbanned. My in‑game nickname is “Lêg3ndPhhénix” and my ID is 13241608246. On 17 September 2026 I was playing Lone Wolf Headshot mode. I gave the opponent a headshot and wanted to use my emote as a celebration. At that moment, the system suddenly eliminated me and I later saw a message saying that my account was suspended due to abnormal activity and permanently banned for “game code modification”. I have never personally used any cheats, hacks, modified apps or scripts, and I did not knowingly violate the rules. Before this ban, my friend had logged into my account on an app without telling me exactly what it was, and I only found out when I wanted to play Lone Wolf Headshot again. I believe this may have caused the system to flag my account even though I did not intend to break any rules. I kindly request that my account be investigated in detail, including the match and device logs, and that any actions taken by other devices or third‑party apps not under my control be taken into account. If possible, I ask that the permanent ban on my account be removed and my account “Lêg3ndPhhénix” (ID: 13241608246) be restored so that I can continue playing normally while respecting all Garena Free Fire rules.
