I Face Hoover Dryer Not Drying After Motor Replacement and Poor Service



I purchased a Hoover HLE C10DG-17 condenser dryer on September 22, 2024, through MediaMarkt’s official website. I used the machine without any issues for about nine months, but then it suddenly stopped drying clothes properly. After the first malfunction, a technician came and claimed the machine was working fine and that there was no issue. When the problem continued, I called for service again, but the second technician also said there was no problem and left without fixing anything.
On my third service request, a technician finally acknowledged that the motor was faulty and needed to be replaced. He said he would order the part and that it would arrive within a week. However, after more than 10 days had passed without any update, I contacted the service center and was told the part was already in their shop. Two days later, they came to replace it, but the technician didn’t even know how to properly reinstall the part he removed. He eventually claimed the motor was replaced and left.
Despite the motor replacement, after only one or two drying cycles, the machine stopped drying again. I reported the issue once more, but no technician has come for nearly two months. In total, I was only able to use the machine properly for nine months, while the rest of the time has been spent dealing with ongoing service issues.
I have two children attending daycare, and I live in Bingöl, where winters are harsh. A dryer is not a luxury for us—it’s a necessity. Throughout this entire process, I experienced serious neglect from both Hoover customer service and the authorized service center in Bingöl. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel completely let down. I demand that Hoover and the relevant departments replace my faulty machine with a new, fully functional unit without causing further inconvenience, and ensure it is delivered to me as soon as possible. I also expect my complaint to be handled urgently, as I have already suffered significant inconvenience. Due to this experience, I want to clearly state that I will never purchase from this brand again.
