I Can't Get Proper Service for Hoover Ncph11a2tcbexs17 Washer Installation
I bought a Hoover brand washer dryer from Trendyol. (Ncph11a2tcbexs17 model) was delivered on 16 November. I created an authorized service registration for the installation. They never came, I registered 7 times. Turkey Istanbul Esenler Candy Hoover service and I called many times, the waiting times are terrible (they keep you waiting on the phone for more than 26 minutes) but I still couldn't get in touch. Once I met them, they said, "We will come to your address, you are on today's list, they will finally come", but they still did not come. I can't reach you at all anymore, today I waited on the phone for 26 minutes and still couldn't get through. I have been waiting for service since today, December 7th and November 16th. This situation has worn me out incredibly and I cannot find a solution. This service is literally like cancer...
