Hoover H-DISH 300 LITE Washer Fails from Day One


I recently purchased a Hoover H-DISH 300 LITE model dishwasher, and it has been performing very poorly in terms of dish cleaning ever since. There are times when it does not wash them at all and does not dissolve the detergent. I called customer service twice, but they were unable to resolve the problem. I have a strong suspicion that the product I recently purchased is defective, and as a result, I am requesting a replacement or a refund. However, customer service refused to fulfill my request; however, under consumer protection laws, I am within my rights to return a defective product.
