Huawei Watch 4 Pro Feature Incompatible with Samsung S24 Ultra

I’ve been using the Huawei Watch 4 Pro for two years, expecting the “one number, two devices” feature to work seamlessly. However, this feature is only compatible with iPhone, leaving me unable to fully utilize it with my Samsung S24 Ultra.

When I reached out to Huawei for support, I was told to buy an iPhone to resolve the issue. This suggestion is completely unreasonable, as I already own a high-end Samsung device. Additionally, Turkcell has been unhelpful and uninterested in providing any support for this compatibility problem.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency about device compatibility and the absence of a solution. I demand Huawei and Turkcell address this issue immediately and ensure the feature works with Samsung devices. This level of service is unacceptable for such premium products.
