Honor Band-629 Connection Issue

I bought the Honor Ban6-629 device more than a year ago. Even though I've tried updating it, I still can't connect to my phone or use it. Can you please give me some info about this? If these problems keep happening, I don't get why you wouldn't support your product after you've sold it. If you're not going to help the customer, then you shouldn't be selling your product in the first place. I can't get the help I need from customer service to fix this problem. I'm really unhappy with both the product and the customer support from the company. I wish I had picked a different brand.
