I Face Charging Problem With My Honor Magic Pad 2 Pen From Day One

I purchased a brand-new Honor Magic Pad 2 with its pen yesterday through Hepsiburada, and from the very first day, the pen has not been charging properly. The charging indicator keeps turning on and off by itself, no light appears consistently, and the pen simply does not charge. I carefully followed all the steps in the user manual, but the issue persists.

I contacted Honor customer service, but all they told me was that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, no follow-up has happened yet, and my problem remains unresolved. Since this issue started from day one, I believe the product was delivered to me faulty.

The product is under official warranty, and I have my purchase details even though I currently cannot locate the order or invoice number. Given that this is a brand-new device, I should not be dealing with such a fundamental defect.

I request that Honor replace the defective pen, send me a new working one, or direct me to an authorized technical service immediately. I expect my issue to be resolved without delay.
