Complaint Regarding Refund My Money From Share Chat

On 8 September 2026, an amount of ₹699 was deducted from my SBI account as a ShareChat payment via auto-pay without my permission. I did not approve this transaction, I was not informed in advance, and I have not used any related subscription or service. I request that this unauthorized payment of ₹699 dated 8 September 2026 be urgently checked, the auto-pay/recurring payment for my account be completely cancelled, and the full amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also request written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the auto-pay arrangement has been fully cancelled.
