How to Get a Refund for Unauthorized Hong Kong Vcreation GCash Auto Debit Charges

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized auto debit from my GCash account by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. On October 25, 2026, the amount of 699.00 was deducted from my GCash balance with merchant transaction number AD2114357017891012608, even though I never subscribed to any service, clicked any link, or approved any payment to this merchant. I did not authorize this transaction in any way and I have no prior relationship, subscription, or agreement with HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. For me, this is an unauthorized or fraudulent charge taken from my GCash account without my consent. I am requesting a full refund of the 699.00 back to my GCash account and that this merchant be permanently blocked from charging my account again. I also ask that this incident be properly investigated so that similar unauthorized deductions do not happen again to me or to other GCash users. I am providing a screenshot of the transaction as evidence and I am hoping for a prompt response and resolution.
