Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited Charged Me for a Subscription That Never Worked
On 7 May 2026, I purchased a Quxin subscription service via Instagram. I paid 50 baht for this subscription, but although the money was taken, I am not able to use the service at all. I have not yet been able to reach customer service or the seller about this issue, so I am writing here to explain my situation. I paid for a subscription that has never worked and I have been left without access despite being charged. I kindly request that this paid subscription be completely cancelled and that my 50 baht be refunded in full as soon as possible.
