2025 Honda HR-V Wireless Android Auto Keeps Crashing and Screen Goes Black During Navigation
I own a 2025 Honda HR-V Style+. Since the day I bought the car, I've been dealing with a serious problem in the multimedia system. When I connect via wireless Android Auto and start navigation using Maps, the navigation spontaneously resets after a while, the screen goes dark, and the system becomes completely unusable. It's now 2026, and still no software update has been released to address this issue.
When I take my car to authorized service centers, they're unable to give me a clear explanation or offer any solution. The fact that such a basic feature doesn't work properly on a brand-new car — combined with the inability to get a satisfying answer from service centers — has left me genuinely frustrated, and frankly it has soured my experience with the vehicle entirely.
I'm requesting that Honda release a software update as soon as possible that permanently resolves this issue in the HR-V Style+ multimedia system, and that it be properly applied to my vehicle so that everything works without any problems.
It's been almost 1.5 years and still no one calls, no one asks, no one cares; still no solution.
I own a 2025 Honda HR‑V Style+ and during Android Auto connection the multimedia system's screen goes black and becomes unusable. I have approached authorized service centers but did not receive clear information or a solution. I am expecting a written or verbal response from the brand, but they have not attended to it.
Unfortunately, there's no progress; Honda Turkey has been left behind.
