2025 Honda HR-V Navigation Screen Keeps Going Black or Freezing
Since the very first day I got my 2025 Honda HR-V, I've been experiencing serious problems with the navigation system. The navigation screen constantly goes dark or freezes, and this happens almost every single time I use it. As a result, I'm no longer able to enjoy the comfort and safety I expected from this vehicle.
I've taken the car to an authorized service center twice for this issue, but neither visit resolved the problem — no permanent fix was found either time. I'm still dealing with the same malfunction, and the fact that such a fundamental feature doesn't work properly on a brand-new car is deeply disappointing.
I'm requesting that this navigation system defect be thoroughly investigated, that whatever hardware or software intervention is necessary be carried out, and that the system be permanently repaired and brought to full working condition.
