I purchased my Honda HR-V brand new in January 2025, but I have not been able to properly use the navigation system from the beginning because it does not support Turkish-language Android phones. While I expected to use the built-in navigation system seamlessly with my phone, the system’s incompatibility with Turkish Android devices has caused me significant inconvenience in daily use.

I have contacted both the authorized service center and Honda customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, I was told that a software update would be released, but despite waiting approximately 15 months, no solution has been provided and no update has been delivered. Being repeatedly told that “an update is coming” without any concrete action has seriously damaged my trust. This level of indifference and unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a global brand like Honda.

I am requesting that Honda urgently release the necessary software update to make my vehicle’s navigation system fully compatible with Turkish Android devices. I do not accept that such a basic integration issue in a brand-new vehicle has remained unresolved for this long, and I expect my problem to be addressed immediately.
