Steering Issue on My New Honda Motorcycle Nearly Caused an Accident
I recently purchased a brand-new Honda motorcycle, but the steering has been problematic since the start. Yesterday, this issue nearly caused me to have an accident, putting my safety at serious risk.
Despite the motorcycle being under warranty, I have not received proper assistance. I visited the service center multiple times to explain the issue, but each time, they dismissed me with excuses like "come back tomorrow" or "visit us later."
This is unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle, especially one from a company as reputed as Honda. I expect immediate attention to this matter. The steering problem must be resolved, and Honda should ensure their service centers provide better support to their customers.
