Homend Talking Tea Maker Warranty Issue

On January 7, 2023, I bought a Homend Talking Tea Maker. On April 6, 2024, I submitted it for warranty service. After a long wait, I finally received the disappointing news that the required spare parts were not available. As a result, I was given a refund of ₺1600, which was the original purchase amount. The current price of the same product is approximately ₺4000. Upon inquiring about the discrepancy, I was informed that I would be provided with a coupon for the identical item. Unfortunately, the product has been unavailable for quite some time now, and there is no update on its restocking date. I was informed that it was not possible to use the coupon for a different product when I inquired about it. I've been stuck in a state of uncertainty for months with no end in sight.
