Homend Coffee Machine Shows Error Light After Just One Year

I purchased a Homend coffee machine a year ago, and now it has stopped working, displaying an error light. I’ve only used it about twice a week and have taken good care of it. This is disappointing, especially since all my other small home appliances are also from Homend, and I’ve been very satisfied with them until now.

For such a trusted brand, I did not expect the product to malfunction in such a short time. I kindly request support to resolve this issue and ensure my machine is repaired or replaced promptly. Homend should stand by its products and provide a solution to this unexpected problem. Please address my grievance as soon as possible.
