Arzum Okka Minio Makes Cold Coffee – Doesn’t Heat Properly

I purchased the Arzum Okka Minio expecting quality, but it has been making cold coffee since the beginning. The machine doesn’t heat up properly, rendering it unusable. The seller suggested cleaning the sensor with a damp cloth, which I tried, but it didn’t fix the problem. I specifically chose Arzum because many of my small appliances are from this brand, and I’ve trusted its quality in the past. However, this product has been a disappointment. I request an immediate resolution for this issue—whether through repair, replacement, or refund. Arzum, please address this problem promptly and restore my confidence in your brand.
