Home Zone Furniture Durango Ottoman Leather Scuffing And Scratched Wood

I just wanted to check in about my recent purchase of the Durango ottoman. It definitely looks great in my living room, but there are a couple of things that are bugging me, the leather seems to be scuffing up a bit after not having it for very long, which is surprising considering it's supposed to be high-quality Italian leather, maybe that’s how it looks in time I don’t know but it should be keeping its shape for a longer period of time, otherwise why pay for the quality? Also, there were a few scratches on the wood when it arrived, like small scrathes, more like pencil traces. Hoping we can get this figured out. Would it be possible to get a replacement ottoman, or maybe even a refund?
