Holiday Inn Express Ankara Airport – Rude Staff, Uncomfortable Beds, and Poor Heating

After a delayed flight in Diyarbakır, I missed my Ankara-to-Adana connection with AJet Airlines. Since the next flight was in the morning, AJet promised to accommodate us at a five-star hotel for the night. However, when we arrived at Holiday Inn Express Ankara Airport, the experience was anything but five-star.
The receptionist was incredibly rude, speaking to us aggressively, as if we were a burden. On top of that, the beds were awful—I woke up with back pain. The heating barely worked, and the room took forever to warm up. This place felt more like a dormitory than a quality hotel.
The online ratings do not match reality. I expect better service and basic comfort when stranded due to airline delays.
