Hilton Honors Points Not Credited After My Stay at Ankara HiltonSA Hotel
On September 19, after my stay at the Ankara HiltonSA, the front desk issued my invoice incorrectly, and I had to wait a long time for them to fix the error. In addition, the Hilton Honors points I earned through the app were not reflected in my account. It has been four days since my stay ended, yet the points have still not been credited.
Although my invoice and reservation details were completely accurate, these issues caused me a great deal of inconvenience. When I contacted the hotel staff, they said they would resolve the problem, but there has been no progress so far.
I request that the points I earned be fully credited to my Hilton Honors account without further delay.
