Holiday Inn Kavaklıdere Didn’t Change Sheets or Provide Clean Towels

I traveled to Ankara for work and chose to stay at Holiday Inn Kavaklıdere, expecting a decent experience. What a mistake! I requested room cleaning and fresh bed sheets, but when I returned to my room, it was clear that housekeeping only straightened the bed instead of changing the sheets.

The towels were in horrible condition—old, worn out, and had a terrible smell, just like the bedding. How can a hotel operate with such poor hygiene standards? This was completely unacceptable! I will never stay at this hotel again. Holiday Inn needs to improve their housekeeping services immediately! Guests deserve clean, fresh linens and towels, not this awful experience!
