I rented a car from Hertz six months ago and fully paid for it at that time. However, when I arrived at Diyarbakır Airport, the Hertz representative canceled my reservation after reviewing my Findeks report, citing a single late payment. Despite my Findeks score being 1600 and having rented from them before, they used this as an excuse to cancel my booking. With current rental prices much higher, this felt like an unfair decision.
