Hoping for a hassle-free journey, my wife and I each bought an eSIM from Holafly for our recent vacation to Europe. Regretfully, it proved to be a total fiasco. Everywhere we were, the reception and download speed was awful. Whether we were visiting rural areas or in the center of a major city like Paris, the outcome was the same: slow, inconsistent, and shockingly inadequate service. When I contacted their online help to express concerns, I expected some kind of useful guidance or answer. Rather, the comments were contemptuous and patronizing, which made me believe my worries were unworthy of attention. It was rather letdown. Based on this experience, I would highly advise against using Holafly once more and advise against using them if you wish consistent internet while on tour.
