I Am Demanding hiyoo. Media Refund

On August 11, 2026, following the theft of a Halkbank credit card belonging to cardholder Lale G*****, multiple unauthorized transactions were fraudulently executed under the merchant name "hiyoo. Media." The cardholder has no account, membership, or commercial relationship with hiyoo. Media and provided no authorization for any of these charges.

These repeated transactions within a single day resulted in fraudulent charges totaling over $5,000 billed to the account. Upon discovering the theft, the cardholder immediately contacted Halkbank to cancel the stolen card and request a replacement, explicitly flagging all hiyoo. Media charges as unauthorized fraud.

I demand that hiyoo. Media immediately reverse and fully refund all transactions processed on August 11, 2026, totaling over $5,000, and permanently block any further attempt to bill this card. Should hiyoo. Media fail to issue an immediate refund, we will formally initiate legal proceedings, file a criminal complaint, and report the entity to relevant financial authorities.
