HitBTC Removed My Crypto and Charges Fees Without Letting Me Withdraw

Though I have been using HitBTC for some time, lately I come upon a major problem. One of the cryptocurrencies I possessed vanished from view without warning, hence not available for withdrawals. I waited, believing it was a passing problem, but over time they totally stopped trading the token. Right now, they keep deducting inactivity fees from my balance even though I cannot access my own money. Given I never even had the option to withdraw, this is really unfair! Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA) advises consumers to be able to access their assets at any moment. It raises questions if an exchange can stop withdrawals whenever they want and maintain charging fees. Without knowing the hazards, I would advise against recommending fund depositing here.
