Unauthorized Charge From Hint.App — Requesting Immediate Refund

The mobile app Hint.App/EU (MLT) stated that only €0.50 would be charged, but I later noticed a ₺719.85 withdrawal on my bank statement. The transaction took place on June 12, 2025, and appeared on my statement on June 19, 2025.

I do not have this app installed on my device, and I never authorized such a charge. This withdrawal is unauthorized and fraudulent. I request the immediate refund of the ₺719.85 that was wrongfully taken from my account and for any linked subscription or payment authorization to be permanently canceled.
