Unauthorized Hint.App Charge Refund Request

The mobile app Hint.App/EU (MLT) stated that only €0.50 would be charged, but later I noticed a ₺717.85 withdrawal on my bank statement. The transaction took place on June 12, 2025, and appeared on my statement on June 25, 2025.

I do not have this app installed on my device, and I never authorized such a high payment. This charge is unauthorized and fraudulent.

I request the immediate refund of the ₺717.85 withdrawn from my account and for any linked subscription or payment authorization to be permanently canceled.
