Overcharged by Hint App — Requesting Full Refund and Account Cancellation

I wanted to make a ₺300 purchase on the Hint App, but the app charged me a much higher amount. Since then, monthly payments have been deducted automatically, and it is still trying to withdraw money from my account. During the transaction, there was no clear mention of a recurring subscription or ongoing charges.
I never agreed to a subscription plan, and I feel misled by the app’s unclear payment process. I am now requesting a full refund of the extra amounts charged and for my account and any active subscription to be permanently canceled.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will file an official complaint with all relevant authorities.
