I Paid Twice on HintAmerica but Never Received My Soulmate Drawing

On April 5th, I placed an order on hintamerica.com for a soulmate drawing, paying with my debit card from the USA. The order was placed under the name Toni Kins** with the email address toni caponekin***@gmail.com. On the same day, I was charged twice, with each charge being 50 cents, yet I have not received the soulmate drawing I paid for. Despite the payment being taken twice, no product has been delivered to me and I have not received any follow-up email or file with my drawing. I have also not been informed of any delay or problem with my order. I request that my soulmate drawing be prepared and sent to my email address as soon as possible for the order I paid for on April 5th.
