Hint App Subscription Charged but No Content Received

I am writing regarding my experience with the Hint App, which I now consider to be extremely disappointing and misleading. I placed and paid for an order to receive sketches through the app, but I never received any sketches or any product in return. On March 30, I was charged two separate transactions of $0.50, and on April 6, I was charged an additional $29.99, for a total of $30.99. Despite these charges, no sketch was ever delivered to me, and I did not receive any usable service from the app. I have since canceled, and I am requesting that all of the money paid for this undelivered service be refunded to me immediately. Since I paid and received nothing in return, I expect a full refund of the total amount of $30.99 back to my account as soon as possible. I would like this issue to be resolved promptly and without the need for any further escalation.
