I recently had a very troubling experience with Hint America regarding their Soul Picture subscription. A short time ago, at around 02:53 a.m. today, I authorized a small charge of $0.50 through my Cash App card via email for their service. Despite only agreeing to a fifty-cent charge, an attempt was then made to take $29.99 from my account without my clear consent. Fortunately, there was not enough balance in my Cash App for them to successfully take the $29.99, but the fact that this attempt was made is unacceptable to me. I tried to reach Hint America to clarify and resolve this, but there was no response at all from their side. This lack of communication further damaged my trust in their service. I request that any Soul Picture or related subscription linked to my email and Cash App card be fully cancelled and that no further attempts to charge my account be made under any circumstances. I also want written confirmation that my payment details and personal data will not be used again and that no future charges will be attempted. I expect Hint America to take this matter seriously, stop any current or future billing related to this subscription, and confirm that my details have been securely removed from their payment system.
