Hint America Subscription Cancelled But Still Charged

I had a subscription with Hint America Inc. under the email address frankh123***@gmail.com, which I requested to cancel on March 3rd at 10:15 a.m. Despite being told that my account and subscription were cancelled, Hint America Inc. has continued to charge my Cash App card. After my cancellation request, I was charged $29.99, but customer service confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled and stated that a refund had been processed. I did receive that March refund. However, on April 3rd I was again charged $29.99 from the same Cash App card, even though I had already been assured that the subscription was cancelled. When I contacted them again about the April charge, I received a response saying that the subscription had been cancelled and refunded earlier, and that these charges were related to automatic subscription renewals and the terms agreed at sign-up, and that I should remove all linked payment methods. Despite this, the April $29.99 charge has not been refunded and my card was still billed after cancellation. I request that the April 3rd charge of $29.99 be fully refunded to my Cash App card, that I receive a clear written confirmation that my account and subscription are permanently cancelled, and that all of my payment details are removed from their systems so that no further charges can be made.
