HintApp Refund Of Non Agreed Payments

I recently discovered that two payments were taken from my Revolut debit card in favour of HintApp without my authorization. The transactions are for 29.99€ on 11 April 2026 and 29.99€ on 9 May 2026. I do not know which product, service or subscription these payments relate to. I remember only signing up via the HintApp website, and I did not approve or knowingly start any paid subscription, nor did I receive any clear information about recurring charges. For this reason, I consider these payments to be unauthorized. I request that all existing subscriptions or automatic renewals linked to my details be cancelled immediately and that the amounts of 29.99€ charged on 11 April 2026 and 29.99€ charged on 9 May 2026 be fully refunded. I also ask for an explanation of how these charges were initiated without my explicit consent.
