Unauthorized Hint America Inc Charges Appeared on My CashApp

I am writing regarding two unauthorized subscription charges made in the name of Hint America Inc to my CashApp account. On 04/29/2026, I was charged $0.50, and on 05/06/2026, I was charged $29.99. I did not authorize any subscription with Hint and have never purchased anything from them or entered my card or email information on their website or app. As soon as I noticed these transactions, I blocked the payment method through CashApp to prevent any further unauthorized charges. However, these amounts have already been taken from my account without my consent. I request a full refund of both charges and the cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been opened in my name without authorization. I also expect confirmation that my information will not be used again without my explicit consent.
