Charges By Hint Three Times Without Authorization

I am writing regarding several unauthorized charges of $29.99 made to my account by Hint via a PayPal billing agreement. On April 14, 2026, I noticed that I had been charged three times for a Hint-related payment, even though I never knowingly purchased any product or subscribed to any service from Hint for that amount. On my statement, these appear as PayPal billing agreement charges linked to Hint or the Hint app. I did not approve these payments and I was not clearly informed of any subscription or recurring billing arrangement. After noticing the problem, I submitted several refund requests, but I have not received any response so far. I live in the USA and I am requesting a full refund of the $29.99 charges and the immediate cancellation of any Hint subscription, billing agreement, or ongoing payment associated with my PayPal account. I also request written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account without my explicit consent. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and the unauthorized charges to be refunded as soon as possible.
