On June 12, I noticed that I was charged for the Hint Soulmate service without my clear knowledge or consent. The payment was taken from my card ending with 3029, and I was not properly informed that such a charge would occur. I request a full refund of this Soulmate-related charge and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payments linked to my account and my card ending with 3029. I also ask that my account be checked so that similar unauthorized or unclear charges do not occur in the future.
