I initially made a small purchase with HintAmericaInc for a “Soul Mate” service, authorizing only two separate charges of $0.50. I did not agree to any additional services, subscriptions, or recurring payments beyond those two charges. Today, while checking my Cash App card, I noticed a pending charge of $29.99 dated April 24, 2026. When I looked further, I also discovered a previous $29.99 charge from March 27, 2026, at 7:12 pm that I had not noticed before. I did not authorize either of these $29.99 charges, I was not informed of any such fees, and I did not consent to any ongoing subscription or service with your company. These amounts were taken from my Cash App account without my knowledge or permission, and I consider them unauthorized and unacceptable. I have not yet contacted Cash App support, as I am first requesting that your company correct this situation directly. I do not want any current or future service, subscription, or business relationship with HintAmericaInc. I kindly but firmly request a full refund of both $29.99 charges to my Cash App card and confirmation that any subscription or repeated billing linked to my email address, denilee***@gmail.com, is permanently canceled so that no further charges will occur. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will formally dispute these charges with Cash App and proceed through all available channels.
