I Face Unexpected Soulmate Subscription Charge from Hint America Inc

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge related to a Soulmate subscription by Hint America Inc and to request a full refund and cancellation of any associated subscription. On April 20th, 2026 at around 4:37 am, an amount of $29.99 USD was withdrawn from my bank account for a Soulmate subscription without my authorization. I have never subscribed to Soulmate in the past, and these charges started without me ever requesting or approving a subscription. Upon noticing the transaction on April 20th, 2026, I immediately contacted Cash App support to stop the payment, however I have not contacted the merchant directly yet. I request that Hint America Inc fully refund the unauthorized amount of $29.99 USD that was taken from my bank account and ensure that any Soulmate subscription or recurring billing linked to my information is completely cancelled so that no further charges are made.
