Higgsfield.ai Keeps Charging Customer for Account That No Longer Exists

In November 2025, I signed up for a platform called Higgsfield.ai. While I was able to log into my account without any issues at first, after some time, I noticed that my account had been completely removed and could no longer be found in the system. Despite this, payments have continued to be charged from my credit card every month without my permission or approval.
For the past 3 months, approximately $29 has been charged from my card every month. The email address I used when creating the membership is m*******@yahoo.com. Having my subscription shown as ongoing and continuing to be charged from my card, even though my account has effectively been wiped out, has both left me feeling wronged and caused a serious loss of trust.
Despite trying to reach Higgsfield.ai, I can't find anyone to talk to and I'm not getting any response. I will be filing an official dispute with my bank today over these unauthorized, unapproved charges.
I'm requesting that my account be completely closed in the system, that all subscriptions appearing under my name or email address be canceled immediately, and that all the unjustified charges made from my card over the past 3 months — and from any earlier periods, if applicable — be fully refunded.
