Dropship.ion Charged Me After I Canceled During Free Trial
I created a subscription on the Dropship.ion website on January 4, 2026, and I was given a 7-day free trial period. Before the trial period ended, I am certain that I canceled my subscription directly through the website on January 7. However, despite canceling within the free trial period, the system appears to have treated my membership as still active and continued the subscription anyway.
On January 16, I noticed that approximately $59 had been charged from my QNB Finansbank card without my knowledge or approval. I absolutely do not accept being charged for a subscription that I had already canceled during the free trial period.
I have already created a dispute report through my bank regarding this unauthorized charge, but I also expect Dropship.ion to directly resolve this issue instead of ignoring the cancellation request.
I request that the unfairly charged $59 be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that all subscription-related processes connected to this account be completely canceled immediately.
