My mother and I placed a ₺12,000 order directly from the official Herbalife website, and we are now extremely disappointed and concerned. We’ve used Herbalife shakes before without issue, but this time, we experienced a serious problem with product spoilage.
We ordered four shake containers and initially used two with no problems. However, when we later opened and began using the remaining two sealed containers, we discovered that both were spoiled at the same time. The powder had hardened into clumps, and when struck with a spoon, it broke apart like solid chunks. Despite carefully storing the products in dry, sealed cabinets, they were clearly compromised.
Even more alarming, when we tried to drink them, they had a sour apple-like taste, and the shake was thick and lumpy. Both my mother and I experienced the exact same issue with different containers—which shows this is not user error, but a manufacturing or quality control failure.
