Hello, I recently purchased the Herbalife Chocolate Shake, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The product arrived in a spoiled condition—it was full of clumps, wouldn’t dissolve in water, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. I couldn’t even drink it because the smell and consistency were unbearable.

What’s worse, I had also shared a container with a friend, and the exact same issue occurred with theirs. Both products were clearly defective. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on something marketed as premium nutrition and receive something that seems completely unfit for consumption.

Herbalife, I expect immediate support. This product is unusable, and now I’m left embarrassed in front of my friend who likely won’t trust your brand again. I want a full refund or a replacement, and I urge you to investigate your quality control process. Customers shouldn’t be treated like this.
