My Orders Were Not Picked Up for Three Days by Hepsijet

I am a merchant residing in Ilgın, Konya, and I sell products on the e-commerce platform Hepsiburada. The company works in integration with Hepsijet Cargo. Once an order is placed by the customer, the system automatically notifies the cargo company, and Hepsijet is supposed to collect the packages the same day. However, between May 13 and May 16, 2024, for three consecutive days, the cargo company has not picked up my shipments. I have been calling Hepsiburada every day to report that the packages haven’t been collected, and they only respond by saying a request has been submitted to the cargo company and that they will pick them up as soon as possible. Despite this, Hepsijet has not contacted me in any way or provided any updates, and my shipments remain uncollected. Due to Hepsijet’s negligence, I lost the benefit of same-day shipping and have experienced a decline in my sales. Occasionally, they send me WhatsApp messages saying they are on leave and won’t be able to collect shipments, suggesting I use a different cargo company instead (I have included screenshots of this). There are no calls or official notifications. I suffer losses every day because of the regional Hepsijet representative in Konya. My rights should not be violated due to the irresponsibility of the Hepsijet Konya cargo manager. A cargo supervisor who works in such an undisciplined manner and disregards sellers’ rights is unacceptable.

Hello, I am a seller on the Hepsiburada platform. The services of Hepsijet Cargo in the Konya region are a complete fiasco! My shipments are not picked up regularly, there are constant disruptions in the delivery processes, and my customers are understandably reacting. This situation causes my sales ratings to drop, damages customer trust, and harms my business activities. Despite making numerous complaints, the Konya Regional Manager is completely uninterested, irresponsible, and incapable of fulfilling his duties! I have not received any response, and my problems have not been resolved. This lack of seriousness is ruining Hepsijet’s corporate reputation.
