My Package Was Never Delivered Despite Promises

My cargo with tracking number LF1R74277357, which was supposed to be delivered on July 11, 2025, has still not reached me. During my calls with your customer representatives, I was constantly stalled, and despite receiving a message saying “we’ll be at your door within 4 hours,” no one came and no update was provided. Hepsijet has caused me significant inconvenience. If you’re going to delay deliveries, you should at least inform customers instead of making them wait for hours—this level of disregard is simply disrespectful.
