Hepsijet Adidas Shorts Return Issue

I purchased an Adidas shorts from Hepsiburada, which arrived on July 22. Since the size was incorrect, I initiated the return process on the same day. I selected the option for the item to be picked up from my home, and on July 23, the shorts were collected by Hepsijet for return.
As of August 12, the tracking status still shows that the package is in transfer. A few days ago, I called customer service, and the representative said they would expedite the process. However, since that day, the tracking code is no longer visible on the website. What does this mean? I need someone to explain this situation to me, as I want my money back.
