I'm having an issue with my Hepsijet shipment. According to the courier, they delivered it in my name, but I haven't received it. When I called, they claimed they had left it on the top floor, but the residents there denied receiving any delivery. The courier failed to collect the recipient's name, resulting in the unfortunate loss of my package. It's frustrating that the courier doesn't answer their phone and there's no one available to assist me.
