My Package Was Given to Someone Else Without My Permission by Hepsijet

The product Dyson sent me was delivered on April 2 to someone named E*** Y**** without my permission, and without anyone contacting me or asking for confirmation. Since April 8, I’ve been calling repeatedly, and Hepsijet keeps stalling me. I still haven’t received my product, and no one is giving me any information. Although a code was sent to my phone for security purposes, I was never contacted. The delivery person didn’t reach out to me at all. Even if I wasn’t available, how could the package be delivered to someone else without entering the code? They noted that it was given to a security guard, but I don’t have a security guard at my residence. Clearly, someone misrepresented themselves and took my package—it was likely stolen. It’s been 12 days and the product is still missing. In the images I uploaded, it clearly shows that the recipient should be G**** Ç..., but it was delivered to someone named E*** Y****. Are ID details not recorded for the person who receives the package? Can they just hand it to anyone on the street? I don’t understand why this is taking so long. They should locate whoever accepted the delivery. Can you please help me with this issue? I’ve been seriously affected. The product came from Dyson, and I’ve suffered a significant financial loss. I also want to file a complaint against the courier who handed over the package to someone else.
